HAMMOND (William). Steve, Caroline and family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their messages of support and prayers received at the very sad loss of their beloved son. Special thanks to the University Hospital, Walsgrave, Critical Care Unit. Thanks to Jane Smith and John Horton from St. Giles Church for all their support. Thanks to J.E. Hackett and staff, thank you for the many donations received. Special thank you to the people who attended his funeral, too many to mention.
